Cancellation Policy

🗓️Availability & Booking I work a limited weekly schedule to ensure quality, consistency, and attention for each client. Appointments are mainly offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with limited additional availability opening from time to time. Evening and weekend appointments are limited and may rotate. ⸻ Please note: If you need to reach me regarding your appointment, the best way to contact me is by phone or text. Messages sent through social media platforms (Facebook or Instagram) may not always be seen promptly. Please take a moment to review my Late Arrival, Cancellation & Refund Policies. They help me provide the best possible service for every client (including you!). ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals & Timing I schedule each appointment with care, giving every client the time and attention they deserve. Arriving on time ensures I can provide the full quality of service you’ve booked. • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be considered a late arrival. • After 10 minutes, the appointment is considered a “no-show”, and service may be declined. • Late arrivals may be subject to a $20 late fee or require rescheduling. ⸻ 🚫 24-Hour Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced) Life happens, I totally get it! But when you cancel last-minute or don’t show, that time can’t always be filled, and other clients miss out. That’s why I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • A credit card is required on file to book appointments. ⏳ Clients who reschedule two or more times consecutively will be asked to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to book future appointments. 💳 All fees for cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. 🚫 Unpaid fees must be resolved before future bookings can be made. ⸻ 👁️ Lash Adjustments & Fixes I want you to love your lashes and feel confident leaving your appointment. • Any concerns or adjustment requests must be communicated within 7 days of your lash appointment. • Complimentary adjustments may be offered within this timeframe. • Requests made after 7 days will require booking and payment for a lash fill or applicable service. ⸻ 💸 Refund Policy I pride myself on offering high-quality service and exceptional care. While I do not offer refunds on services, I’m always open to feedback and making things right when needed. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please reach out to me (Lauren) within 48 hours of your appointment. 💗 If you experience an allergic reaction to an eyelash extension service, removal will be provided free of charge when notified within the 48-hour window. ⸻ 📅 A Final Note It’s your responsibility to keep track of your appointment date and time to avoid fees.
