Cancellation Policy

Hey there beautiful! Please read the late arrivals, cancellation & refund policies. To ensure the best possible wax, facial, skincare, makeup & lash appointment to my clients, I have allocated necessary times to diligently complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures a time spot dedicated solely to you. I cannot provide quality service if a client is more than 5 minutes late & I reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary & that life happens. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Your time & appointments are very important to Me! STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time & other clients miss the opportunity to receive the services they need/want. My appointments have reminders set to send out via email & text, 72 hours in advance so it’s easy to remember a booked appointment. Because each appointment is catered to each person & it’s reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. I will be asking for a credit card to have on file. -Less than a 24-hour notice for cancelation, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total service amount. -There is a 10-minute window for late clients, any time after that is considered a “NO SHOW” -“NO SHOWS” will be charged as 100% of the total service amount. - 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, is considered a “Late Arrival” -“Late Arrivals” may inquire a $20 late fee or may be declined service -Chronic & habitual rescheduling may prohibit future appointments. After two consecutive rescheduled appointments a 50% non-refundable service deposit will be required for all services booked. -Unpaid cancelation fees and or “NO SHOW” fees will result in the inability to book until the fees are paid in full. -ALL CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE REFUND POLICY I delight myself on providing you with exceptional service & excellent customer care. I, Glam Goddess Lolo does not issue refunds on any salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service(s) received, please notify Lauren within 48 hours. Any allergic reactions to eyelash extension services will receive a removal free of charge when contacted within the 48hour time frame. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember appointment dates & times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments & cancellation fees.
